Will my order have 6 perfect IVs?

Due to legality – the bot will trade what is only possible from within the game. Some Pokémon may be hypertrained, some may not have perfect 6IVs. There is no way around this unfortunately.

Refunds will not be given due to this – we cannot change what Nintendo has implemented.

What level will my Pokemon be?

All Pokemon come default level 100 unless you selected a custom level

Due to legality – the bot will trade what is only possible from within the game. Some Pokémon may be slightly higher or lower than your customised level.

Refunds will not be given if this happens – we only allow legal trades.

My order is wrong - I did not get traded what I ordered

Due to legality – the bot will trade what is only possible from within the game.

This is an automated bot – what you order cannot be changed post-purchase. If something is obviously incorrect e.g. you ordered a Shiny Mewtwo and got a regular Mewtwo please open a ticket by clicking here and we promise to put things right for you. Most tickets are generally answered within 48 hours, but could be longer during holiday periods in the UK.

My order is stuck - I cannot trade

If your order is stuck and will not trade

  1. Please wait 3-5 minutes
  2. . Refresh the page (do not skip the refresh or you will not be able to do the next step)
  3. “A Cancel Trade” button will appear like so – press it

Your order should now be available for delivery by pressing the Get button

How are Individual Pokemon Delivered for Sword and Shield?

If you have ordered an Individual Pokemon (or several Individual Pokemon), this will be delivered via Link Trade within Pokemon Sword and Shield.

Simply trade us any Pokemon you do not want. It does not matter what you trade, but please try not to trade Pokemon that evolve during trades to make the trade go quicker.

Below are the steps for Link Trading:

  1. Open the Y-Comm by pressing the Y button.
  2. Press the [+] button on your Switch JoyCon to connect to the Internet. The top right should say “Internet“.
  3. Select Link Trade, then Set Link Code.
  4. Wait for the trade to be established. Stay in the overworld and please do not open any menus.
  5. Ensure you are trading with PokeGens.

Trading in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl requires a Nintendo Account and an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. Your Switch Friend Code and in-game Card Code are not required.

  1. After the first gym and by going to the Pokemon Center basement for the first time, you will receive the ability to access to the Union Room by pressing the Y button when not in a building.
  2. Open the Union Room by pressing the Y button.
  3. Select the Global Room.
  4. Select “Yes, with a Link Code“, and input the Link Code we provide when we are about to start trading.
  5. Wait in the Union Room until you see us and start trading.
