1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by PokeGens (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • You must have a registered PokeGens account.

  • You must be logged in to participate.

  • Only one account per person may be used.

  • We reserve the right to refuse participation or void prizes where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, automation, or exploitation of bugs.

3. How the Daily Spin Works

  • Each eligible customer may complete one (1) spin every 24 hours.

  • The 24-hour period is measured from the time of your last spin, not by calendar day.

  • Once a spin is used, no further spins (Free or Premium) are available until the next window opens.

  • Spin outcomes are determined by chance. Prize availability and odds may vary.

4. Free Wheel vs Premium Wheel

Free Wheel

  • Available to logged-in customers (subject to the one-spin-per-24-hours rule).

  • Contains a mix of prizes and non-winning outcomes.

Premium Wheel

  • Available only if you meet the Premium eligibility criteria.

  • You may spin either the Free Wheel or the Premium Wheel, not both, within the same 24-hour period.

  • If you spin one wheel, the other becomes unavailable until the next spin window.

5. Premium Wheel Eligibility (Spend Requirement)

To unlock the Premium Wheel, you must have spent £5 or more in the last 24 hours.

  • Qualifying spend is based on the total of eligible orders with status Processing or Completed.

  • Order totals include shipping and fees.

  • Cancelled, failed, or fully refunded orders do not count.

  • Partial refunds may reduce qualifying spend.

Premium eligibility is calculated automatically and may change as orders are placed or refunded.

6. Game Selection

  • You must select and confirm a game before spinning.

  • Pokémon prizes are tied to the game you confirmed.

  • Once confirmed, the game selection is locked for that spin.

7. Prizes

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

  • Money-off coupons

    • Free Wheel: £1, £2 (or equivalent currency)

    • Premium Wheel: £3, £5, £10 (or equivalent currency)

  • Pokémon prizes

  • Priority Delivery upgrades

  • Non-winning outcomes (e.g. “Try again tomorrow”)

Prizes are subject to availability and may be changed, substituted, or removed at any time.

8. Coupon Prizes

If you win a coupon:

  • The coupon is single-use, non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.

  • Coupons are restricted to the email address on your account.

  • Coupons are individual use only and cannot be combined with other coupons.

  • Expiry periods:

    • Free Wheel coupons expire after 7 days

    • Premium Wheel coupons expire after 14 days

  • A “click to apply” link may be provided, which attempts to apply the coupon to your cart.

9. Pokémon Prizes

If you win a Pokémon prize:

  • A claim option will be provided for the selected game.

  • Claiming the prize may require completing a £0 checkout.

  • Pokémon prizes are delivered via the standard PokeGens delivery process.

  • If the relevant game bot is unavailable, your prize may be marked pending until delivery is possible.

  • Pending Pokémon prizes are not intended to expire.

10. Priority Delivery Prize

  • Priority Delivery prizes provide a one-time delivery upgrade.

  • The upgrade applies to one eligible order only.

  • Priority Delivery prizes have no cash value and may expire if unused.

11. Fair Use & Abuse

  • Only one spin per customer per 24 hours is permitted.

  • Creating multiple accounts, using automation, or exploiting bugs to gain extra spins is prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to revoke prizes, cancel vouchers, or suspend accounts where abuse is detected.

12. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or end this promotion (including prize availability and odds) at any time, including for operational, fraud-prevention, or legal reasons.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeGens is not responsible for losses arising from:

  • Bot downtime

  • Technical issues

  • Connectivity problems

  • Delayed or failed prize claims outside our reasonable control

14. Data & Privacy

Participation in this promotion is subject to our Privacy Policy. Coupon delivery and prize notifications may use your registered email address.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer laws in the Promoter’s jurisdiction.
