To claim your order you need to be available between 12pm and 5pm UK. We will provide you a delivery time via email. This is unfortunately non-negotiable and the only time we are available to deliver this item. If you are unsure of what the time is in the UK please Google.

What is needed from you between 12pm and 5pm UK time:

  • To be available via email – the email address you used for your order
  • To provide your NINTENDO EMAIL (not username) and Password. No other details. PLEASE change your password AFTER we have confirmed we have completed the order, for the security of your account.
  • To provide an Authorisation Code when required
  • POKEMON HOME PREMIUM IS A REQUIREMENT – IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED
